New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda said on Friday that the party has devised 6.88 lakh health volunteers in just 43 days. Nadda said that if there is a third wave of corona epidemic in the country, these workers will help the health care system. They have also been trained.
It may be recalled that JP Nadda launched the Health Volunteer campaign across the country on July 28. Nadda said the BJP has helped people under Sewa Hi Sangathan Part 1 and Part 2 during the corona epidemic. The BJP chief further said that now we have prepared amidst fears of a third wave. He said the BJP had set a target of preparing four lakh volunteers in two lakh villages. But so far more than 6.88 lakh workers have been created. They have also been trained. Now our target is to prepare 8 lakh volunteers, JP Nadda said.
JP Nadda said BJP workers will help people get the vaccine done at booth level on PM Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17. So that more and more people can be vaccinated that day. Nadda said I am happy that we are working to do rapid vaccination against corona.
