Kolkata: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started preparations for the West Bengal assembly elections. In this sequence, the party's national president JP Nadda will visit North Bengal today and will inspect organizational preparations. This will be JP Nadda's first Bengal visit amid the Corona epidemic. Earlier, JP Nadda has addressed many rallies in Bengal virtually.

A team of leaders including BJP president JP Nadda and national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, vice president Mukul Roy will hold talks with district-level leaders today. JP Nadda will reach Bagdogra Airport from Delhi today at 11 am. After this, he will go towards Siliguri Boat Ghat. He will pay tribute to the statue of Thakur Panchanan Baram. JP Nadda will also take part in the pooja at Anandamayi Kalibari temple on Monday. After the pooja, he will hold a meeting of workers on Sevak Road at 12.40 pm. He will meet representatives of various communities at 3 pm.
