New Delhi: As part of the 73rd Republic Day celebrations, Bharatiya Janata Party National President Jagat Prakash Nadda unfurled the national flag at the party headquarters in Delhi on Wednesday. On the Rajpath, as it is every year in the national capital, a glimpse of the country's power and culture will be visible.

This event will be attended by President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and other dignitaries. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive at the National War Memorial about 10.05 a.m. to pay honour to the troops who have given the ultimate sacrifice for the country. The PM will be accompanied by the Defense Minister, Rajnath Singh, Minister of State for Defense, Ajay Bhatt, Defense Secretary, Ajay Kumar, and the Chiefs of the Army's three wings, namely the Army, Air Force, and Navy.

PM Modi is expected to arrive at Rajpath around 10.15 p.m. The procession at Rajpath will begin at 10:30 a.m., rather than 10 a.m., to provide for greater visibility of the march and flypast.
