The days were gone when women were dependent on men for their needs and expectations. The wome of the present world are far mature and intellect than those of older times.
Time has changed gradually and so the perception of men for women. Just because a female is being nice to you doesn’t mean she is expecting something from you. This is the time for men to understand that being nice to someone is a basic part of being a good person and such behavior should not be confused with any other fact. Men should take the good behavior of a female same as they take it for males.
If a girl is talking nicely to you, helping you or simply smiling at you nowhere means that she is interested in friendship with you or dating you. Men should not expect differently when it comes to judging behavior. Things must be deal equally.
Be it your workplace, college, school or residential area, passing same judgment over every female is a bit unfair. Love and relationship is a different thing. It’s an inner instinct.
In today’s world women are educated, self-dependent and most important belief in gender equality, so the society needs to understand that older perception has to change in order to blossom up the new world of equality.
