What is Calisthenics?

Calisthenics is about having that natural looking body and doing functional strength and workouts that you can do in your garden or at home.  You need to just mix a little creativity to your workout which will get you the same results you could get by spending tons of money and hours in a gym.  Calisthenics is a full-body workout and you can gain strength throughout your whole body.  It helps working out your whole body rather than just certain targeted parts. Calisthenics can be mixed with other sports and yoga to get the best results!

Drawbacks of lifting weights!

Though you get plenty of muscle and strength when you lift weights, it makes you less flexible and your body gets too tight. Since lifting weights targets only certain areas it puts a lot of stress on joints, and you feel strong only in certain parts not your whole body.  Going to the gym and lifting weights and doing the same thing tends to get boring, it lacks creativity and cannot be done for a long period of time, which ultimately makes you give up working out.
