India-Canada ties show signs of stress since Justin Trudeau landed on Indian soil.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral talks with his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau in the national capital New Delhi on Friday. It is expected to many key agreements to be signed to boost India-Canada ties with a focus on counterterrorism.Modi and Trudeau exchanged views on mass issues, including defense and security, counter-terror cooperation, trade and investment and tackling climate change.

The Canadian Prime Minister, who is on a week-long State visit, landed in Delhi on Thursday where he attended a reception dinner at Canadian High Commission here. He expressed that it's an absolute pleasure for him to be here in India
