Bhopal: Former MP Jyotiraditya Scindia from Guna Lok Sabha seat has deposited a fine of 10,000 rupees on her in the High Court. Senior Congress leader Scindia has also submitted a reply during the hearing of the case before a bench of Justices Sanjay Yadav and Justice Vivek Aggarwal. The next hearing in the case will be held in the next month.

It may be mentioned that a PIL has been filed by Upendra Chaturvedi through Advocate CP Singh, seeking a fine of 10,000 rupees on Scindia's sovereign trust on June 26 for not submitting the reply even after Scindia has repeatedly taken over. It was ordered.

In fact, a Public Interest Litigation has been filed in front of Chetakpuri for construction of a multi-storeyed building in place of waterlogging, which says that the land has been registered in the government papers of survey number 1211 and 1212 near Bandhan Vatika. , but this land was sold to Narayan a builder by the Kamalaraja Trust. A 7-story building has also been constructed on this land. The petitioner has requested the court to give necessary guidelines for the release of this government land.
