Today is the birthday of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on 1 January. Know some special things related to Jyotiraditya Scindia on his birthday.

* First when Scindia was caught in a controversy in 2012 when he was the Minister of State for Power. Due to the shutdown of the power grid that year, there was an unprecedented shortage of electricity in the whole of India. His image was that of a minister who took tough decisions. He was also a young face in the UPA government. Scindia is counted among the richest politicians of India, whose property is estimated at Rs 25,000 crore, which he inherited. He has given the source of this property as legal succession, which has been challenged in the court by other members of his family.
