Gwalior: Last year, the birth anniversary of Sant Ravidas Ji was celebrated in the state. During this, former Union Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Jyotiraditya Scindia expressed his views in a ceremony organized by Ajax to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji. The function was presided over by MP Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar. During this time the state's energy minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar was also present as a guest. During this time, the statue of Sant Shiromani Ravidas Ji was also unveiled in the Ajax office premises. On Saturday, in the program organized in Ajax office premises at Thatipur, the guests honored the community members and social workers by offering them shawl-shriphal and citation.

During this, Rajya Sabha MP Scindia said, 'Despite having spent more than 600 years, the principles and thoughts of Sant Ravidasji are still relevant today. He was not only a great saint, but also a philosopher and poet. With the inclusion of so many qualities, he was called a great saint and showed the right path to the society.' Apart from this, Scindia also said, 'Sant Ravidas gave the message that God resides in his heart in which there is no discrimination, hatred and greed. May the soul be pure. There should not be negative feelings in anyone's mind. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working to bring Dalits and the exploited people into the mainstream of the nation to elevate India to the world stage.'

We all should have the same determination. In the competitive phase, we will become stronger only when we hold each other's hands and serve Bharat Mata in the form of a fight. Education is the biggest weapon in the present era. Therefore, people belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes should become educated and future craftsmen of the state and the country, this will be a true tribute to Sant Ravidas ji. At the same time, MP Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar said, 'Saints have always played a special role in the preservation of Indian culture and values. That is why, despite all the external attacks, the flag of our culture is still unfurling today. Sant Ravidas ji was one of the best saints of the same saint tradition. Saint Ravidasji taught devotion to the society as well as the spiritual path.'
