New Delhi: Former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor has taken a dig at senior Congress leader RPN Singh for taking on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Shashi Tharoor, in his own style, quipped about RPN Singh's change of guard and said that now everyone is his own.

Not only that, he also called it a Congress-led BJP and tweeted in the style of poetry and wrote, "Leaving your home, maybe they have some other dreams. Now everything is their own, now they are all theirown. (Congress-containing BJP!). This is the most interesting reaction from any party leader to RPN Singh's departure from the Congress so far. RPN Singh had written to Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday itself and resigned from the party.
Soon after, he joined the BJP. On leaving the Congress, RPN Singh said, "People have been telling me for many years that I should join the BJP, but I came late, but came right. At the same time, attacking the Congress, RPN Singh said that now that party has changed and is no longer the same. RPN Singh, who hails from Padrauna in UP, has a good hold in some districts of Purvanchal and the BJP is looking at it as its success in the state.
