Kabali teaser crossed the 1 million views mark within 1 hour

The official teaser of Superstar Rajinikanth’s film Kabali was released on 1 May and it seems like it is giving YouTube so many likes! The 66-seconds teaser video has stockpile a record breaking 8 million views.

The Kabali teaser has broken all existing YouTube records for Indian films by a massive margin and also is now the fastest to reach 6 million views.

The movie also stars Radhika Apte, Nasser, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika, and Dinesh Ravi in key roles and is scheduled to hit screens later this year.

“Superstar Rajinikanth is the undeniable king, as he proved it by pulverizing all the previous YouTube records for Indian cinema. The phenomenal reception has been exceptionally heartening,” said the producer of Kabali, Kalaippuli S Thanu.

The director of the film Pa Ranjith, has played to the Superstar’s strengths in the teaser, with classy presentation, the impeccable Rajini style, and punchlines. The teaser had enough whistleworthy moments to keep the viewers hooked and craving for more.
