Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor's romantic drama Kabir Singh is making a splash in cinemas even after criticisms, and Kabir Singh, released last Friday, is making a big comeback on the second Friday after a week. In a tweet released by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has grossed a total turnover of Rs 12.21 crore on the second Friday, with the film's total earnings reaching Rs 146.63 crore.
Kabir Singh has also become the biggest film of 2019. Many records have been broken by the film. Kabir Singh has also proved to be the highest grossing debut of the year on the second Friday of release. Films such as Gully Boy, Badla, Bharat, Kesari, Total Dhamal, Uri, Luka Chuppi, Manikarnika have also been beaten by Kabir Singh.
In a tweet, Taran Adarsh described all films as second Friday's earnings. In a further tweet, the trade analyst further tweeted that Kabir Singh has set a benchmark and he has expressed hope that the Rs 150-crore figure will touch the 9th day very easily. It's hard to guess Kabir Singh's Lifetime Power because the film doesn't seem to be slow.
