Kajol is currently busy in the shoot of Eela, which is being helmed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by her better half Ajay Devgn. The movie Eela is an adaptation of Anand Gandhi's Gujarati play, Beta Kaagdo. In the movie, Kajol will be seen playing the role of a single parent and the story will revolve around the relationship shared by a mother and son.

Though Kajol is busy with her hectic schedule she updates her fans with her latest photos. Recently she took some downtime to spend it with her girl gang and goofed around in a playground. Capturing the moment, Kajol took to Instagram to share a picture where all of them are posing sitting on a slide and the actor's million dollar smile will make you smile.

Earlier, talking about Eela, Kajol told a leading daily, "I liked the script honestly, liked the lines, everything. I like my character of Ela (a single mother), I identify with many of her things.”
 
Speaking of Eela, Pradeep said to a leading tabloid, "I was offered the script around four months ago. It took me a while to understand the Gujarati tone but eventually, I fell in love with this extremely emotional story which boasts of some really strong characters and there's a chance of people getting really close to them."
