Kamal Hassan and Shankar reuniting for 'Indian2' after two decades

The Sadma actor Kamal Hassan and director Shankar are all ready to rejoin for their upcoming project for 'Indian 2' the project is finalised after two decades. Earlier this month the project was officially got finalise at the grand finale of Bigg Boss Tamil. And the series of the movie is set for next year. For the movie the actor, Kamal will discard weight for the role and a special trainer will be rushed down from the US for him to help him achieve the goal. He will start the weight loss program from November, according to a strong source from the film’s unit.

According to the reports surfaced " He is expected to shed a lot of weight for the role. Since Kamal sir hasn’t been in his best shape for a while, a trainer from the US will help him look the part by undergoing a rigorous training regime over a period of two months. The principal shooting will only begin after the release of Shankar’s 2.0."

The director Shankar is expected to wrap up the magnum opus 2.0, a sequel to Enthiran, by this year-end and gear up for its release in January 2018. It is believed that A.R Rahman has been signed for Indian 2, which will be shot concurrently in Tamil and Telugu. The project will be bankrolled by popular Telugu producer Dil Raju. At Bigg Boss Tamil finale, Shankar said he was planning to make a sequel to Indian for a long time and he is happy it’s finally happening.
