There are going to be a by-election for 28 assembly seats in Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, the Congress has overtaken the BJP in the matter of selection of candidates. Till now the BJP has not officially announced the name of any of its candidates, but the Congress has done this. The Congress has fixed 15 names and has now said about releasing 12 more candidates in three-four days.

According to sources, on Sunday, state president Kamal Nath is going to meet Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in Delhi. Now 12 names can be announced by September 22. Angry Congress leaders and former minister Mahendra Buddhist has resigned from all his posts in the party. He has protested against the ticket of Phool Singh Baraiya from Bhander in Datia district.

Madhya Pradesh BJP President VD Sharma says that "Names have been decided. Soon the party will announce them and the entire details will also be announced". According to the information received, on Sunday, Congress state in-charge of Delhi Mukul Wasnik and prominent party leaders, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, are going to give the list of names of candidates for 12 seats and then one from Delhi. The list can be released in two days.
