Sagar: Congress state president and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has termed the incident in Khurai on Thursday as a well-thought-out conspiracy of the BJP. Kamal Nath said that in order to give a different shade to the entire incident, a conspiracy and game is being played to harass and suppress the Congress workers of the area under the pressure of the government and BJP leaders. A conspiracy is being hatched to impose false FIRs on Congress workers by committing forgery.

At the same time, he said that the BJP should remember, do not misuse the power, it does not take long to change the time, do not spoil the atmosphere of the area. Congress workers of the area are not alone, the entire Congress is standing with them. Kamal Nath said that we will not sit quietly on any such repressive act, we will protest firmly. The former Chief Minister has demanded a fair probe into the incident and the strictest possible action against the culprits. "If there is a false action against any innocent person, we will not sit quietly.''

In fact, in protest against the false case registered against Congress workers without any investigation in the recent incident at Khurai in Sagar district of MP, Congress workers had gathered at Khurai on Thursday to give a memorandum to the concerned officer in a peaceful manner with prior approval. Due to this, in large numbers, BJP workers had also reached there as a rally, where there was a clash between the Congress and BJP workers. BJP workers led by MLA of the area and state urban development and housing minister Bhupendra Singh staged a protest.
