Congress MP Kamal Nath invites Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan to join the Congress party on Saturday. During a press conference, Kamal Nath was asked about senior BJP leader Babulal Gaur who praised the Congress leader for his development works in his parliamentary constituency, Chhindwara. In response, Kamal Nath said that Gaur ji is a genuine person and a very senior BJP leader. He knows the truth as he was Urban Development Minister too. The Congress MP further added that he has data that shows how as Union Urban Development Minister, he had released highest ever amount of Rs 4510 crore for Madhya Pradesh.
On asking about would he invite Babulal gaur to join congress he said that Why Babulal Gaur, I invite Shivraj Singh Chouhan to join Congress.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan is 18 th and current CM of MP, He replaced Babulal Gaur as chief minister on 29 November 2005. It would be interesting to know the will Shivraj Singh Chouhan who belong to BJP would accept the invitation of Kamal Nath or would deny it.
Elections to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will be held in 2018 as Shiv Raj Singh Chouhan’s current tenure ends on 7 January 2019.
