Indore: The former CM of Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath, reached to meet the family members of the deceased who lost their lives in the Beleshwar Mahadev temple accident in Indore on Saturday. He reached Apple Hospital at 9 a.m. Here he met the people injured in the accident, admitted to the hospital, and discussed with their family members. He asked the people at the spot about the accident.

Thereafter, he and other Congress leaders reached the spot. A large number of people were present with him at the spot present on Sapna Sangeeta. The nearby residents informed him about the negligence that had been happening here for a long time. Former CM Kamal Nath said here that the local residents have complained about illegal construction. If it is not fixed in 7 days, we will go to court against the culprits. This accident is the result of illegal construction. Kamal Nath also raised questions about the speed of the rescue operation. He said that when our government comes, a Rapid Rescue Force will be formed in every district, which will reach the spot in 15 minutes. Army team reached after 12 hours; till then there was no arrangement, and we call it smart city. It's a shame. People told us that CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan did not talk to us and didn't even listen to us. Shivraj Singh only does event management and clears everything in front of the media with compensation.

The residents also told Kamal Nath how the local leaders and officers created pressure and made continuous mistakes in this entire incident. The residents were demanding removal of the encroachment on the temple, but no hearing was being held anywhere. The same residents told Kamal Nath that when the CM came here, he did not even talk to us. Till now, neither the encroachment has been removed nor has any action been taken against any senior officer. They just want to end every case by giving compensation.
