Lakhan Singh has said that the company will build 60 smart goshalas in Madhya Pradesh every year and 300 smart cowsheds will be constructed over a period of five years. He has said that these smart goshalas will be fully air-conditioned (AC) and are being approached by NRIs for the sake of collecting money.

Yadav said that apart from this, the Madhya Pradesh government will also build 1,000 cowsheds on its own. According to the information, the Congress in its "speech letter" issued for last year's assembly elections had promised that if the Congress government comes to Madhya Pradesh, it will build goshalas in the state.
