States that have counterparty governments from the central government are being dropped in an unethical manner."

Kamal Nath referring to the current situation of the state he wrote "Due to the federal system of India, our democracy is recognized in the whole world, but for some time, by hurting the feelings of Baba Saheb, on the federal system of India it is constantly being attacked. The states that have opposition governments are being dropped in an unethical manner. Even after the fall of the government in Madhya Pradesh, the Congress MLAs are being lured into the BJP by getting them to resign. The by-election burden is being put on the state. This is destroying the democratic system."
