Kamya on the death anniversary of her friend Pratyusha Banerjee is all set to release Pratyusha's short film. Also, she lashed out at Pratyusha's ex-boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh for putting false allegation on her.

The actress has also opened up about how she break-up with Karan Patel, "Trust me, I still can't forget the depression that Pratyusha was undergoing in her last days. I myself underwent a depression around the same time because I had a heartbreak."

She added, "Absolutely. He simply walked out on me when my world revolved around him. Without my knowledge, he was having an affair." 

Kamya mentioned, "Not really, but yes, I have become a bit bitter in life. As of now, I am very much single and there's no one on the horizon. Kal ka kisko malum? Actually it's written on my forehead 'Stay away from me'."
