Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: Kangana has been strong enough to battle all the odds that came in the way The Queen of Jhansi has been in news for a while now. The movie has been a part of many controversies. Now, as per morning report said Karni Sena is protesting against the release of the film. Karni Sena members have raised issues with Rani of Jhansi having an affair with a British officer and they have also objected to a scene where the Queen will be dancing. They have said that they cannot disfigure the facts or else they would burn the theatres. 

Indra Kumar directed “Total Dhamaal” releases on February 22.

While , asking about incident to Kangana ,She said that, “Four historians have certified Manikarnika, we have got censor certificate as well, Karni Sena has been conveyed this but they are continuing to harass against me if they don’t stop then they should know she is also a Rajput and she will destroy each one of them.” CBFC has already given a clean chit to the film.

Manikarnika stars Jisshu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni, and Ankita Lokhande. Kangana plays the role of Rani Laxmibai in the film will showcase the journey of Rani Laxmibai's fight against the British colonizers for the independence of her country. The trailer is already out and fans are eager to see Kangana nail this role. The actor is working tirelessly for putting out the character of Rani Jhansi on the big screen.

While asking about her experience to working as directed she said that "This is not her first experience as far as supervising the editor even directing a film is concerned. She was 23 or 24 when she directed her first film. It was a 10-minute short film that she had shot with an international crew.”She further added that “ She was struggling with small roles in films like Double Dhamaal (2011). So, She has been a director since then. Be it direction, writing or editing, she has  already done it in the past,"
