On Sunday, Kangana took to Instagram Stories to share an alleged video of Mahesh Bhatt in a series of clips. Along with the clips, Kangana who made her Bollywood debut in the 2006 film Gangster, which was backed by Mahesh Bhatt also made some statements about Mahesh and his ‘real name’ and religion.

Kangana  wrote, “Mahesh ji casually and poetically inciting people for violence.” She further added, “I am told his (Mahesh Bhatt) real name is Aslam… he converted to marry his second wife (Soni Razdan)… it is a beautiful name, why hide it?” Another clip shared by Kangana was also accompanied by a statement on Mahesh’s name, which read, “He must use his real name, not represent a certain religion, when he has converted…”

Earlier Kangana Ranaut slammed Alia Bhatt at the time of the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress wrote, “This Friday ₹200 crores will be burnt to ashes at the box office... for a papa (movie mafia daddy) ki pari (who likes to keep a British passport) because papa wants to prove that romcom bimbo can act... biggest drawback of the film is wrong casting... yeh Nahi sudhrenge (these people won't change)…”

The actress further wrote, “Bollywood mafia daddy papa Jo who has single-handedly ruined the work culture in the film industry, has emotionally manipulated many big directors and forced his products of mediocrity on their cinematic brilliance, another example will be following soon after this release… people need to stop entertaining him, in this Friday release even a big hero and greatest director are the new victims of his manipulations,”

Meanwhile, in the past, Kangana’s sister Rangoli also attacked Mahesh Bhatt's wife Soni Razdan and their actor daughter Alia Bhatt and called them "non-Indian". Rangoli wrote a series of tweets that accused Mahesh of throwing ''chappal'' (slipper) at 19-year-old Kangana during the screening of Woh Lamhe in 2006 and sent her home.
