Kangana Ranaut frequently expresses her views on different social, political, and other issues. The actress recently slammed Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor for hiding the real box office earnings of Brahmastra and the actress took to her social media to praise Ajay Devgn. Now the actress praised Sridevi.

Sharing the clip, Kangana praised Sridevi for her role in Mr India wrote, "It is beyond me how anyone can be childlike innocent/funny and yet portray intoxicating feminine seduction...Ufff...I am Sridevi Ji's biggest fan. 

The actress recently praised Ajay Devgn as he opended theatre, "This is the best and most effective way a superstar can utilise his resources and influence, not only it generates employment it also increases our screen count... Number of screens in India= less than 7000. Number of screens in China= more than 70,000. Congratulations sir @ajaydevgn."

Sridevi worked in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada language films during her five-decade-long acting career before she died in February 2018. Mom, released in 2017, marked her final film appearance.

On the work front, Kangana is all set for her upcoming movie Emergency. It is the biography of formal Prime Minister, Kangana Ranaut has earlier revealed the first looks of several characters in Emergency. In the film, Kangana will play the role of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, while Shreyas Talpade will essay the role of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Anupam will play revolutionary leader J P Narayan and Mahima Chaudhry will be seen as a cultural activist and Indira Gandhi’s confidante Pupul Jayakar.
