According to the information received, the Yogi government of UP has banned women from working at night. Now they cannot be made to do duty from 7 pm to 6 am. This rule will be applicable to both the government and private sector. If the duty of the female employee has to be imposed, then the written permission has to be taken first. If a woman refuses to work after 7 pm, the company cannot fire her from the job.
