Kangana Ranaut, a famous actress in the entertainment world, is often in the news for her statements more than her films. Kangana Ranaut has now received death threats after making several controversial statements. Kangana has then lodged an FIR with the police in Himachal Pradesh. Kangana says she has been openly threatened with death by a man from Bathinda in Punjab.

Kangana Ranaut posted on Instagram and wrote, "Recalling the soldiers of the Mumbai terror attack, I wrote that I should never forgive or forget the traitors. In such an incident, the country's internal traitors are involved. Seditious traitors have never left a single opportunity to tarnish Mother India for the sake of money and sometimes for the lure of office and power, the internal traitors of the country continued to help the anti-national forces, only then did such incidents take place. Kangana further wrote, "It is on this post of mine that I have been receiving constant threats from disruptive forces. A brother from Bathinda has openly threatened to kill me. I am not afraid of this kind of threat. I speak and always speak against those who conspire against the country and against the terrorist forces. Whether it is Naxalites, fragmented gangs, killers of innocent soldiers, or terrorists sitting abroad dreaming of cutting off the holy land of gurus from the country and making them Khalistan in Punjab in the eighth decade."

Kangana further wrote, "Democracy is the greatest strength of our country, the government belongs to any party, but the integrity, unity and fundamental right of protecting the fundamental rights of citizens and expression of views have been given to us by Babasaheb Ambedkar's constitution. I have never spoken abusively or hated anything about any caste, religion, or group. Kangana further writes, "I would also like to remind the Congress President, Soniaji, that you are also a woman, your mother-in-law Indira Gandhi Ji fought strongly against this terrorism till the last moment. Please direct your CM of Punjab to take immediate action on the threat of such terrorist, disruptive and anti-national forces. Reporting the FIR, Kangana wrote, "I have registered a police FIR against those who threatened. I hope the Punjab Government will also take immediate action. The country is supreme to me, even if I have to sacrifice for it, I am acceptable, but I am not afraid or will ever be afraid, in the good of the country, I will continue to speak openly against the traitors. She further wrote, "Some people are using my point without reference for elections in Punjab, if anything happens to me in the future, only those who hate and make statements will be fully responsible for it. They are requested not to spread hatred towards anyone for their political ambitions to win elections. Kangana has ended her post with Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.
