Kangana Ranaut reached Bombay High Court after BMC demolished her office in Mumbai. The actress had moved the Bombay High Court against BMC's action. Her case was scheduled to be heard through Video conferencing at 3 pm on Thursday. However, the court has deferred the hearing till September 22. The court has said that the actress will have to give documents in this case by 14 September.
The court has asked the BMC to give a written reply by September 18. Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui blames that BMC has done this action in an unlawful manner. For this, she went to the Bombay High Court on Wednesday, and this was immediately heard, after which this sabotage was banned. The FIR has been filed against the actress for using objectionable words for Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray.
While sharing a video, the actress addressed Uddhav Thackeray as 'Tu'. The FIR has been filed at Vikhroli police station in Mumbai. Advocate Nitin Mane has filed an FIR saying that he will drag the actress to the court. Since Uddhav Thackeray has no connection with the entire case, the actress dragged him into the case. It is not appropriate to use such words for the Chief Minister of a state. The hearing of the case has been postponed till 22nd September.
