Then, as Soon as Rangoli started practicing Yoga, she changed a lot and started enjoying life more than before.

A roadside Romeo threw acid at Rangoli when she was barely 21 years old, third degree burned, half her face burned, one lost eyesight, one ear melted and one breast was seriously damaged. 53 surgeries in 2-3 years had to undergo but that wasn't all".

Kangana further wrote, "My biggest concern was her mental health because she stopped speaking, yes, no matter what, she didn't say a word, just look at everything, she was engaged to an Air Force officer and when she saw her face after the acid attack, he left and never returned again. Even then she did not had a tear or say a word, the doctors told me that she was in a state of shock, they gave him treatment and gave him medicine for mental assistance but nothing helped."

Kangana then further wrote, "At that time I was barely 19 years old, I did yoga with my teacher Surya Narayan and I didn't know it could help patients with burns and psychological trauma as well as retinal transplants and eyesight... I wanted her to talk to me, so I took her everywhere, even in my yoga class." Kangana then wrote, "She started practicing yoga and I saw a dramatic change in them. She not only started responding to his pain and my joke, but also regained her lost vision in one eye... Yoga is the answer to every sorrow you have." Kangana thus explained the importance of yoga.
