Recently she said, 'Such officers are like spots on the police department'. Actually, Kangana has also demanded to suspend her. Let us tell you that before Diwali, D. Who is D. Rupa ?: Actually D Rupa is a 2000 batch IPS officer of Karnataka cadre. She is popularly known as 'Lady Singham'. She is a sharp IPS who first came into the limelight in 2004 when she arrested the then Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Uma Bharti. Let us tell you that this arrest was made after the court order in the 1994 Hubli riot case. At the same time, 3 years ago i.e. in the year 2017, there was a lot of uproar when D Rupa revealed special facilities available to the AIADMK leader of Tamil Nadu Sasikala in jail. Very few people know that D Rupa is married to IAS officer Munish Mudgil and they also have two children.
