Lucknow: The government has taken a decision regarding the Bikeru mass scandal in UP. In which families of martyred policemen have received huge assistance from the State Government of India MoU with State Bank of India during Bikeru scandal. Under this, the family of each martyred policeman has received 30 lakh rupees. For the first time in Uttar Pradesh, the benefit of this MoU has been received by the family of policemen.

The families of the martyrs have received this assistance due to the efforts of the DIG, Kanpur and SBI officers. 8 policemen were killed in the Bikeru incident. While opening the account of the policemen in SBI, the bank had offered the insurance, that on the duty of martyr, their family will be given 30 lakh rupees. Under this, Rs 30 lakh was given to the family of every policeman martyred in Bikeru.

According to DIG / SSP Kanpur Dr Preetinder Singh, this has happened for the first time in Uttar Pradesh. In Bikaru village of Chaubepur police station area of Kanpur, Vikas Dubey attacked the police team. This includes field officer Bilhaur Devendra Mishra, police station in-charge Shivrajpur Mahesh Chandra Yadav, outpost in-charge Mandhana Anoop Kumar Singh, sub-inspector Nebu Lal, soldier Sultan Singh, soldier Rahul Diwakar, soldier Bablu Kumar, soldier Jitendra. This decision taken has helped the family of the martyrs immensely.
