Lucknow: Police have so far arrested 50 people in connection with the Kanpur violence. It is being told that the city administration has identified 147 illegal properties of the accused. It is being told that soon there may be bulldozers on these properties. Meanwhile, Maulana Abdul Quddus Hadi, the Qazi of Kanpur city, has threatened the administration, saying that if there is a bulldozer in Kanpur, people will come out with a shroud. However, after Qazi's statement, the question is being raised that if the police do not take action against the rioters, then how to maintain the justice system?

In fact, Muslim organisations in Kanpur had declared a ban on June 3. These Muslim organisations were opposing a statement made by former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma about Pangbar Mohammed. During this time violence broke out. Police are identifying the accused on the basis of CCTV. Along with this, the police also put up posters of the accused. According to the police, 50 accused have been arrested so far in the case. At the same time, 6 people in the poster have also been arrested. Some of the arrested accused include minors. The police are investigating his role on the basis of CCTV. Further action will then be taken. Police say some people have even come and surrendered on their own.

Police have identified 147 such buildings from where stone-pelting took place. It is being told that the validity of these buildings will be checked after identification from CCTV. Further action will be taken on the basis of this.
