The information about Kapil Dev's admission in the hospital was revealed on Friday and since then everyone started praying for his recovery. Now he has thanked all his fans for prayers. In response to all the wishes of his fans, Kapil wrote, "I am good and doing well now. I am on my way to speeding up. Can't wait to play golf. You are my family. Thank you." Kapil Dev has undergone successful emergency coronary angioplasty at Fortis Escorts Hospital in South Delhi. The hospital has confirmed this on last Friday. He said, 'Kapil was admitted on Thursday night after suffering a heart attack.'
Kapil's condition is stable and he will be discharged in the next few days. Talking about Kapil, he has held the record for taking the most wickets in Test cricket at any given time. He retired from Test cricket in the year 1994 and he remained the highest Test wicket-taker for six years. After this, the record was broken by England's Cortney Walsh.
