Mumbai:The BMC has filed a complaint against comedian Kapil Sharma for illegal construction after Kapil complained about corruption on BMC. BMC also complained against actor Irrfan Khan for illegal construction.

A.D.Jagtap, BMC Sub engineer filed the complaint in Oshiwara Police Station under various sections of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, said Mumbai Police spokesperson DCP Ashok Dudhe.

Irrfan Khan lives on 5th floor and Kapil Sharma on 9th floor flat of DHL Enclave in posh Oshiwara area on New Link Road, said Dudhe. Kapil on last Friday tweeted, 5 lakhs were demanded by BMC and he tagged PM Narendra Modi also. Also Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis offered to look into the matter personally.

Kapil was also asked by BMC to reveal the name of officials who demanded bribe for construction.And now Irrfan comes under spotlight of BMC. In demand of revealation of names of bribe seeker, Ram Kadam, a Bhartiya Janata Party legislator led a morcha to Kapil' home.
