New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting raids at the residence of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Meanwhile, former Union Minister and current Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal have warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and praised Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Sibal was once a staunch Congressman, but when his words had no significance in the party, he left the Congress and reached the Rajya Sabha with the help of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and now he is praising Kejriwal.
It is noteworthy that today i.e. on Friday (August 18), the CBI has conducted raids regarding the Delhi Excise Policy brought in the year 2021. Kapil Sibal tweeted about the ongoing raid at Sisodia's residence. He said 'Now that Kejriwal is rising, it is time to destabilize the BJP.' At the same time, Sibal has called the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) into the hands of the government. Not only this, but Sibal has also mentioned the action taken against the Delhi government's Health Minister Satyendar Jain in the tweet.
