New Delhi: Senior advocate and former Congress leader, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal has recently made a statement about the Supreme Court's remarks that the committee set up to probe the Pegasus case should not cooperate with the central government in the investigation. In fact, he targeted the Modi government on Friday, saying, 'Non-cooperation is mostly a proof of regret. The Supreme Court on Thursday said, "The technical committee set up by it to investigate the use of Pegasus spyware without orders has found some 'malware' in five of the 29 mobile phones examined." However, it cannot be concluded whether this 'malware' belongs to Israeli 'spyware' or not.

In fact, former Supreme Court judge R. V. After going through the report submitted by Raveendran, CJI NV Ramana also found that the central government did not cooperate in the investigation of the Pegasus case. Senior advocate Sibal tweeted, "Supreme Court-appointed committee observed that the government refused to cooperate with the investigation. 5 out of 29 phones have been found to have some malware. Often non-cooperation is proof of guilt. The government should make its stand clear.''

You all must be aware that a Supreme Court committee, after going through the report submitted by former apex court judge RV Raveendran, had said on Thursday that the committee has also said that the central government did not cooperate in the investigation of the Pegasus case. A bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana and Justices Surya Kant and Hima Kohli said, "One thing the committee has said is that the Government of India has not cooperated. You are taking the same stand that you took there.'’
