Captain Vikram Batra
Batra hoisted the tricolour on the point 4875 of Kargil. Vikram was in the 13th Jammu and Kashmir Rifles. On July 7, 1999, he fought with the Pakistani soldiers to protect Indian soldiers without taking care of the bullets by capturing the Pakistani bunker. The special thing is that today that peak is known as Batra Top. Not only this, but the government has also honoured him by giving him Param Vir Chakra.
Brigadier Khushal Singh
18 Grenadiers were led by Brigadier Khushal Thakur and included 900 soldiers. Out of which, 34 jawans were martyred and a maximum of 52 gallantry awards was also given to their command.

During the Indo-Pak War, Tipnis along with his team was led by a skilled Air Force. Air Chief Marshal Anil Yashwant Tipnis was at the time of the war. Major Ajay Prasad
Major Ajay Prasad, who hails from Madhya Pradesh, was among the select soldiers who were facing enemies at the beginning of the Kargil War. He fought with the LTTE in Sri Lanka before he was martyred in the Kargil War, after succeeding in this he defeated the ULFA militants in Mizoram.
Soldier Krishna Kumar
This brave son gave his life for the sake of the country. Krishna Kumar was posted as a soldier in the Jat Regiment during the Kargil War. He had a great sense of patriotism within him and with this spirit, he gave his life for the country.
