New Delhi: A strange case has come to light from Delhi's Kadkaduma court. When a seven-year-old boy in the cheque bounce case reached the accused court, everyone, including the judge, was shocked. The child was rushed to the school wearing a uniform to hear the case filed against him. More importantly, the case was immediately dismissed by the judge.

According to the information received, the father of Sahibabad resident complainant Siddharth Agarwal and Titu Sharma were doing business with each other and supplied the goods to Titu at his shop in Chandni Chowk. In lieu of which the cheque was given by Titu Sharma. It also said that the goods that were supplied in May 2018 had been damaged by Rs 33 thousand. However, he had paid the goods through cheques. The case went ahead and reached the court.

It was further stated that when the complainant's father went to the bank to encash the cheque, the bounce came out and the complainant's father sent a legal notice to The son of Titu Sharma and demanded payment of Rs 33 thousand within 15 days. Vishesh Raghav, a lawyer on behalf of the child accused before the court, says that the complainant had sent a notice in the name of Titu Sharma's son, while he did not know that the child was a minor and was only 7 years old.

The court also granted an exemption to the father of the accused child to file a torture case against the complainant in which his 7-year-old minor son has been indicted.
