Bengaluru: The Corona report of Avinash, son of BJP member and Lok Sabha member Umesh Jadhav and MLA of Chincholi, has came positive. According to official information, all are undergoing treatment. According to media reports, the corona test of leader Umesh Jadhav's wife and MLA Avinash's wife Meghna has also turned positive. Boring hospital operated in the city state is undergoing treatment for all.

Apart from BJP leader Umesh Jadhav, the corona report has also come positive among the private assistants of the drivers, including his son. He is undergoing treatment at a government hospital in Gulbarga. About a dozen people coming to Jadhav's family in Gulbarga have been asked to test the corona and stay in home isolation.

Umesh Jadhav defeated veteran Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge in the general elections of May 2019 after resigning as a Congress MLA from Chincholi assembly constituency in March 2018 and joining BJP. Jadhav's test has turned positive after party MLAs were infected with the virus after a positive test by Chamarajanagar Lok Sabha member V Srinivas Prasad on August 18 and treatment at a Pragat hospital in the city. State's CM B.S. Yeddyurappa, Leader of Opposition Congress Siddaramaiah, State Cabinet Ministers BR Sriramulu, S.T. Somasekhar, Anand Singh and C.T. Ravi, MLAs and MLCs have become corona infected in the last two months.
