Karnataka: Rebel MLAs recently disqualified in Karnataka have demanded the Supreme Court to postpone by-election. After that, the Supreme Court said that the application is needed, after that it will be considered. The same code of conduct will be implemented in the state from last Saturday. Same because by-elections are going to be held on 15 December 2019 on 15 assembly seats here. According to the information received, a bench headed by Justice NV Ramana reserved its decision on 25 October 2019 on various petitions filed by 17 MLAs. In these petitions, the MLAs have challenged the ineligible declaration before the HD Kumaraswamy government has given a vote of confidence.
