Karnataka: Because the daily caseload in Maharashtra is slightly higher than in Karnataka, the State government issued COVID-19 guidelines on Monday for short-term travellers (2 days or less) from Maharashtra to Karnataka by any mode of transportation.
Travelers should be free of symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, throat pain, fever, difficulty breathing, and so on, according to the guidelines. Thermal scanning for fever is required upon arrival, and travellers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate for both doses. Persons who strictly follow the rules may be exempted from submitting mandatory RT-PCR negative test reports for the duration of their visit.
