Karnataka:As per the report, a banal message on the chating app-Whatsapp group landed college student's in trouble.At the time of the India -Pakistan t20 match, some students were reviewing, the match,when one of them wrote "Jai Pakistan".The whole incident happened in Puttur in Dakshin Kannada district of Karnartaka.

Sharanappa S Dhage(Police SP):“The incident was reported during the recent India-Pak T20 match. One bad element in the group took a screenshot of that chat and shared it outside. This spread in the local area, and was also brought to the notice of the police.

The police summoned the students and asked them to sign a bond. Backgrounds of the students were also verified and it was found that there was no malafide intention in posting the chat. Hence, the case was closed."
