Bangalore: A mysterious and loud voice was heard in several districts including Bengaluru in Karnataka on Friday, November 26, 2021. This was followed by chaos all around. Talking about the incident, the State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) said that at present there are no signs of an earthquake anywhere. Police have described it as a 'supersonic boom'. According to the report, the incident took place in Bengaluru between 11.50 am and 12.15 am at Hemmigepura, Kengeri, Gyanbharati, Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Kaggalipura. Locals also felt loud tremors.

The director of the KSNDMC issued a statement on the incident. The statement said, "People from Hemmigepura, Kengeri, Gyanbharati, Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Kaggalipura and Bengaluru heard light vibrations and loud sound between 11.50 am and 12.15 pm today on November 26, 2021. Data was studied by our seismic observatories to know any kind of seismic signals during that period. Sysmograph, Local Shocks/Shocks Shows no signs of an earthquake. After the incident, some people spoke about the situation through social media. Some said the doors and windows were trembling. People also asked if it was another sonic boom.

This is not the first time that such a mysterious voice has been heard in Bengaluru. Earlier in July this year also, a mysterious loud sound was heard in South Bengaluru. That sound was so loud that people's houses were broken to the window glass. Earlier, a similar voice was heard in Bengaluru in May 2020 last year. After a long time, it was discovered that this mysterious voice was a flight of testing by the Indian Air Force. Meanwhile, the fighter plane had taken off at a faster speed than the speed of the sound, causing such a sound.

what happens to the supersonic boom?

In fact, when the speed of something is faster than the speed of the sound, it is called supersonic speed. That is, when something moves at a speed of more than 332 meters per second, its speed is called supersonic speed. If you try to combine it with an aircraft, if the speed of an aircraft is faster than 1225 kmph, it produces a sonic boom. In fact, the plane produces sound waves while moving in the air. But it doesn't matter as long as its speed is less than the speed of the sound. But as soon as the speed is faster than the speed of the sound, the place from which the plane crosses has a big explosion-like sound.
