'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' is one of the most loved shows of the Indian Television. It is telecasted on Star Plus. The show has witnessed various years of its success, initially with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra and post its leap, it saw a massive success with Mohsin Khan Shivangi Joshi.

In the recent episodes of the show, the lead couple is about to get divorced and have been living away from each other for 2 years. Their fans feel really disheartened about their separation and that has led to a downfall in the TRP of the show.

Therefore, Ekta Kapoor, along with the makers of the show has decided to decided to reunite the couple and bring back the lost TRP of the show.

They have made certain changes in the storyline of the show.  They will now be treating their viewers with the romantic moments between Naira and Kartik, more fondly known as Kaira.

They will show them reuniting in the dream sequences so that their fans do not miss the romance between the much loved couple.

Previously, they were shown romancing each other during the wedding sequence of show.

The couple has shot several scenes for the Janmashtmi special episodes.
