1 bowl of flour (wheat),
1 bowl all purpose flour, celery,
Salt as per taste
1 bowl gram flour,
Coriander, garam masala,
To make crunchy salty Kachori, add all the ingredients and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough should not be too soft. Now take all the stuffed ingredient by adding so much oil in it. Now roll out the dough. Now heat the oil in the pan and then fry the kachoris in it. The crispy salty shortbread is ready, you can also eat it with sauce or chutney.
Dry fruits like cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, cardamom powder, saffron threads, pistachios and lots of khoya (mawa) are used in this mawa kachori. It is fried in desi ghee and then dipped in sugar syrup. To make Mawa Kachori, fry the mawa. Now keep the mawa to cool. After this add cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and pistachios. Now to make syrup, add sugar in half cup of water and make a batter. Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and saffron threads in the syrup. Now knead the dough for kachori and make a dough and fill it with stuffing. Now heat the ghee in the pan and fry this kachori in it. Your Mawa Kachori is ready.
