Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s track is going high on the drama. In the previous episode of show, while Prerna was trying to prove everyone that she was the real daughter - in - law of the Basu family, Komolika calls the cops. Despite Prerna trying to defend herself and saying that she is Anurag's wife, the police offcia; decide to take her away and approach her with the handcuffs. But just then, Anurag intervenes in between and tells the cops that he is, indeed, her husband.

In the promo, we can see Prerna is taken away by the cops outside the Basu residence. She is also seen in handcuffs which means that she is definitely being taken to the police station. This makes her hate Anurag even more and she looks back at him directly in anger. She goes away while warning Anurag that she will be coming back while seeking full vengeance for whatever he had done with her.This proves that Anurag has again switched sides and is not backing Prerna anymore.
