Nowadays, everyone feels like eating something new in the house. Anyway, in the cold season, people's stomach is less full and they feel hungry. Essential Materials
1 cup basmati rice
7 to 8 cashew nuts (roasted)
7 to 8 almonds (roasted)
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Apples (half chopped)
3 cloves
1 inch cinnamon (coarsely ground)
2 to 3 green cardamom (ground)
1 bay leaf
2 large cardamom
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp saffron
salt as per taste

Ghee as needed


Method - First clean basmati rice and soak it in water for about half an hour. Now heat ghee in a pan on medium heat and add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon and large cardamom and fry. Then add Kashmiri red chillies, sugar, saffron and salt to the standing spices and run for a minute. Now mix the soaked rice well in spices and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add 2 cups of water to the rice and cover the pan for 10 to 12 minutes. Now, when the rice is cooked, turn off the gas and remove the rice in a large container. Finally mix almonds, cashew nuts, pomegranate seeds and apples well in cooked rice. Take Kashmiri pulao ready.
