Kashmiri student on visit to Rajasthan after abrogation of Section 370, Army launched 'Operation Sadbhavana'

Jaipur: This is the first time a Kashmiri children's team has visited Rajasthan after the removal of Section 370 of the Constitution granting special state hoodstatus to Jammu and Kashmir. The visit has been organized under the 'Operation Sadbhavana' of the Indian Army. Meanwhile, a group of 27 students from Machhal Valley of Kashmir reached Jaipur on Friday.

During this period, Kashmiri students reached Pink Nagari Jaipur after visiting the tourist spots of Jodhpur and Ajmer. The team of students were also shown the film at Rajmandir. They were also rotated in many parts of the city in addition to the Amer Mahal, Hawamahal, Albert Hall, and Jantar Mantar in Jaipur city. During this period, the team held talks with the students at the Institute of Hotel Management. Operation Sadbhavana is said to be aimed at connecting Kashmiri children with the mainstream.

Major Deepak Kaviya of the Army has said that after the removal of Section 370, normal life in Kashmir has returned to normalcy and now the Central Government wants the youth to be provided with information about the culture, tourism and culture of other parts of the country. So that these children can rapidly join the mainstream and contribute to the development of the country.
