Lawyers slap Kashmiri students who celebrated Pakistan's victory in court

Agra: Three Kashmiri students who raised slogans in support of Pakistan after the India-Pakistan match in the T20 World Cup were thrashed during their court appearance today. The three Kashmiri students of RBS College in Agra UP were slapped by lawyers. Meanwhile, lawyers were also seen raising slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Pakistan Murdabad.

A video of the same has also surfaced in which lawyers are shouting 'Pakistan Murdabad-Pakistan Murdabad' in front of the students and simultaneously shouting 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. Meanwhile, the police are sitting in a jeep rescuing the students, but the lawyers are not calming down. Earlier, the three Kashmiri students were suspended by Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technology College (RBS) in Agra for shouting slogans in support of Pakistan. They were identified as Arshad Yusuf, Inayat Altaf and Shaukat Ahmed.

A case was then registered on the complaint of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha provincial leader Gaurav Singh Rajawat and metropolitan president Shailu Pandit. Agra (City) Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar said, "The students have been accused of sharing chats praising Pakistan. A case has been registered at Jagdishpura police station on the basis of a written complaint.''
