Superstar Rajinikanth went to the US a few weeks ago for his medical check-up. The famous star of Indian cinema reportedly sought permission from the Government Of India and went to the US on a special flight. Actress Kasthuri has now expressed doubts about Rajinikanth's medical treatment. Kasthuri took to her Twitter handle to share her concern over the government's special permission for Rajinikanth and questioned whether it's emergency treatment or the routine medical check-up.

Kasthuri has pointed out that the US has banned direct travel from India for all Indian citizens from May onwards, and questioned whether rules don't apply for Rajinikanth. The actress was criticized, but she didn't calm down till she knew the truth behind Rajinikanth's medical checkup. Following her tweet, Kasthuri received a call from a close one of Rajinikanth, and her doubts regarding Rajinikanth's treatment were cleared.

The superstar has completed his medical check-up and he is healthy and safe. The actor will be returning to Chennai soon. 

Rajinikanth has the dubbing for 'Annaatthe' pending. The film is directed by Siruthai Siva. The actor is also expected to announce his next film with a young director.
