In the Karamveer special episode, the NDRF team appeared in 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' this week. The NDRF Director General Shri SN Pradhan, Commandant Anupam Shrivastava and Pradeep Kumar Srivastava were seated on the hot seat. On this occasion, the three together won a total amount of 25 lakhs.

 let us know that SN Pradhan is a 1988 batch IPS officer of Jharkhand cadre. In his statement, he said that the won amount will be deposited in the fund of 'Bharat Ke Veer' portal. The game started in a very interesting way. The host of the show, Amitabh Bachchan, introduced the entire NDRF team and narrated stories about their courage. SN Pradhan and Anupam Srivastava also narrated stories from the  storm in the Bay of Bengal to the Kedarnath disaster and told how they had lost nine of their comrades during the rescue operations.

SN Pradhan sang a patriotic song playing which he dedicated to his NDRF teammates. During the entire game, SN Pradhan and his two colleagues used a total of three lifelines and won an amount of Rs 25 lakh. This amount will be spent for the families of the martyrs.
